Get better
Stuck at tennis or pickleball? Start where it broke.
New to the game, or you already know everything your current coach has to teach. Tell Rally where it broke. We will not sell you a miracle — a mindset drill, a structured hour, or a different coach.
Who it is for
- Beginner basics: Grip, ready position, the first serve. I am new.
- The same shot keeps breaking: Third shot, transition, a serve that sits up.
- I freeze under score: I can rally. 10–10 is a different person.
- I have outgrown this coach: They took me as far as they go. I need a new eye.
- Open play is my only practice: No drilling. The game does not get cleaner.
- I cannot find the right people: Skill match, time of day, someone who actually shows.
What you get
- A next step matched to where you are stuck, pointing at a coach, open play, a league, or the between-points routine on Rally.
- A four-step routine for between points, the same every time until it is automatic.
- An “after court” journal: after play or a lesson, name one thing that worked.
How it works
- Join Rally and open Progress.
- Pick the spot where your game stalled.
- Use the between-points routine in your next match, and log one thing that worked after.
The between-points routine
- Breathe. Exhale longer than you inhale. One cycle. Let the last point leave the body.
- See. Pick a target you can actually hit from this position. Deep middle. Backhand corner. The kitchen line.
- Cue. One word. Split. Soft. Through. Not a paragraph, not a lecture.
- Play. Commit. The next ball is the only one that exists.
